Terms of Service

As a reminder, as per the contract you signed before the photoshoot started. You agree to receive photos sorted and edited at the sole discretion of the photographer. All unedited files are the sole property of the photographer and will not be included in any final product received.

All photos will be edited as seen fit by the photographer. The client agrees that they are purchasing the images or products based on their own research of the photographer's style and understands that their photos will represent the images they've seen in the photographer's portfolio. 

Any physical products are ordered from a professional printing lab that is deemed of professional quality and standard by the photographer. While you may purchase an additional print release, the photographer can not guarantee the quality of printing outside of the lab the photographer contracts with. Additionally, social media images are NOT for printing purposes and high-resolution images are only intended for printing. 

Photos taken by the photographer can be subject to online, advertising, marketing, and any other forms of media, press, and hard copy as the photographer sees fit, per the model release form that was signed by the client before the session began. 

If the client is to publish photos taken by the photographer in any media, professional or otherwise, credit is to be given to the photographer. There are no refunds once photos are delivered via online gallery or disc. If a refund must be issued before the gallery is delivered, the client will receive their refund MINUS the non-refundable retainer that is specifically marked in the contract the client signed.

The client agrees to not re-edit photos or alter them in any way. Any re-editing, or use online without credit to the photographer is strictly prohibited.
